San Clemente Hetalia Day 2018 Major Update
Hello everyone. It’s Mod Neko. So, as some of you know, Hetalia Day is coming up! I, however, have some sad news.
I, Mod Neko, will not be hosting or attending San Clemente Hetalia Day.
If anyone wants a detailed explanation why, they can ask me on my main, @kineko-fab. But, as a summary, this year has not been kind to me, especially not in recent times. I can’t handle putting Hetalia Day on top of everything I have been going through. I can explain everything that happened, but not here.

RULES:
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT WEAPONS:
-We ask that all weapons be fake. Even if you are certified or trained or won’t use it or anything, no real weapons. Also, don’t abuse this rule by making a fake weapon look realistic unless you make sure there is a way we can tell it is fake.
-Please make sure that all prop guns are (of course not real guns) and tagged properly, aka the orange bit at the end.
-Please make sure that you don’t take the weapons from the prop bin unless for pictures, and then put it back. We don’t want someone to get hurt by swinging an axe or a sword around, nor do we want to scare other park g
